sorry guys...

I've been a slacker and not posting, and it sucks.

Breakfast was good...breakfast sandwich at Starbucks. 380 calories (It might be 350 I forget)

I am just now taking a break...it's 1 pm, and I can't escapethe office for real food, so I am snacking. I'll have to get a power bar preworkout so I dont faint.

Lunch total: 100

Day total: 480

Don't judge. Don't be a hater. It's Monday, and I know that I know better.

For cardio today, I am going to take a page out of "Shake Boy"s playbook. Run sprints and do abs in between! Holler! Tight abs and less fat!
