monday sucks

Breakfast:
280 - egg white with turkey sausage and a mini croissant

Snack:
150- pretzels
30- provolone
45- popsicle

I know FTM. Processed foods = bad.

Didn't have time to go shopping after my trip this weekend.

Pre-Gym: A little more than 1/2 a cliff bar 130

Fat-Free String Cheese
Baby Carrots
