half way there...

IT's Wed.

Breakfast"

Yogurt with Granola

Snack:
nada

Lunch:
sliced chicken & 2 slices provole on a flat out bread.
1 crystal light lemonade.

Vitamins. Vitamins. Vitamins.

Dinner:
Grilled Chicken
Corn on the cob
sweet potato fries
salad

I have not been very adventurous this week.


PS: FTM. El doctor said she wants me at 1500 instead of 1700. I told her well that's good because getting to 1200 is a struggle.
