putting me on the spot ;)

FTM mentioned on his blog that I had a good story to share, and I do.


This weekend was a positive reinforcement...the hard work I have been doing.....well it IS paying off, and people ARE noticing.



I got my butt slapped, and told "Good job!", I was told I looked sexy, and told I have been doing a great job!


So that was more motivation...especially after that BAD day last week.

I DVR-er Yoga so I can try it out tomorrow. Did an abtastic workout today!!
