Friday Funday!

Break: granola, yogurt, banana and 2/3 of a nectarine

Lunch: roll with flatout bread, 2 slices thin provolone and chicken

Snack: Popsicle

I am so sore from yesterday. Like my butt and hammys are in pain. We did the exercise where we balance and drop the weight & squat. I don't know what it's called, but booty in pain.

I'm headed to the gym tonight after work. Quicky workout.
