The Goal

One of my Twitteritos said she worked out every day in August (author @alisonpace)

I am motivated. Using her success, I am going to try and workout every single day in September. Jogs/hikes/power walks count on days I am not lifting. Deal?

PS: Everyone should read her books! "Pug Hill" was superb!




Edit: It's 9/2- 2nd day straight of working out. Tonight consisted of running sprints. In the dry dry heat.
