Had a banana nut Cliff bar @ 250 calories. We are not discussing the rest of the day yesterday. It was bad.
Will fill FTM in when I get to the gym. I found some awesome new workouts!
A friend suggested I check out the website for Women's Health, which I read semi-regularly in magazine form, and there were some great stuff!! Will post about it later.

Shoot....I need more food. What to eat?

Wait, don't tell me you've never had Greek yogurt before! Try it with raspberries and honey, I used to eat that every day religiously. I would go through a container of raspberries every two days. Have fun with your new workouts! I've been meaning to post on my favorite exercises. Right now I'm doing the 30-Day Shred. It's killer.
Oh I have. As a kid I was fortunate enough to have a grandma who made it from scratch at least once a month.
This was just those little individual containers because I needed extra breakfast calories.
What's a 30-day shred? Sounds interesting!
The Shred is a video by Jillian Michaels, and it is tough. But I'm not losing weight even though I'm sweating my ass off! Building muscle? Who knows. But I like it. You should check it out!
Sweet! I'll have to check it out to mix things up. Are you getting enough calories in? You can also be building muscle and lowering your BF %. Don't give up!
