Thirsty Thursday...

FML. I left all my gym stuff at home, so I Have to drive home at lunch and get it.

bfast: 250 calories (cheese, pretzels and apple slices)

Snack: 190 calories (Luna Bar)

Lunch: 280 Calories (2 slices pumpernickle @ 95 each, 1/2 serving turkey @ 25, 1 thin slice cheese 20, may 45)


Total Day: 720


Snack:
apple slices @ 70
laughing cow @ 35
pretzels @ 60

Total Day: 885

Dinner:
Grilled Chicken


Had a GREAT workout tonight. Bittersweet it was. Might go in tomorrow just for quick cardio, but that would be day 5....might need a break.
