Frustrating Friday is more like it. Lots and lots of frustration, but that is a post in itself.

1/2 flatout bread @ 50
2 piece turkey sausage @ 80
cheese @ 40
banana @ 90
Total: 260
Lunch was good.
I had the other 1/2 of flatout bread @ 50
Chicken @ 50
2 cube laughing cow @ 7 each (14)
Rice Chips @ 140
Nectartine @ 70
Total: 325
Day Total: 582
I have to get in 616 calories between now and gym time.
About 375 if you subtract the Cliff Bar I will eat preworkout.
