just dance!

Listening to Lady GaGa at the office. Just finished a very balanced breakfast.
230 Calories0 7 grams of fat, 23g protein and it was yummmmy. I guess it would help if I told you what it was....egg whites scrambeled with cheese, turkey sausage, potatoes. I know, closer to 300, but...
I feel full, and I shouldn't feel stuffed right?

Snack..
4 baby carrots and 2 celery sticks leftover from yesterday. Cheddar cheese. 90 calories.
