bad girl....

I'm slipping, but luckily I can pick myself up just like that!

Morning Snack- 100 Calorie Cheese Pack @ 100

Total AM: 340


I'm going to stock up on yogurt & granola for breakfast, berries & look for lighter lunch options.

My problem is snacking & energy drinks.

Also, going to restart the APEX this week
