I mean it. I was looking at some photos from this past weekend, and I actually said "Wow I look great!" and that my friends is a great feeling to have.

Inspiration

All of us get into our ruts. Those days where the last thing we want to do...is go workout.

I was having a pretty good workout, and when I got to my last set I wanted to cut it short and stop...I looked over to my left and saw inspiration to mosey on.

There was this older lady...I'd guess in her 70s. I see her every now and then, and she is an inspiration. You see- not only does she have to wear an oxygen mask, but she is also a breast cancer survivor. She was wearing a bright pink t-shirt today that said "I'm a survivor."

I am a healthy 25-year-old, and I was getting lazy to do the last few reps if a 12 rep set. I told myself to get over it and just do it.


Anyway- just wanted to share that bit of info. This lady is truly incredible. She does cardio and weights!! Such an awesome lady!

Such a bad day. I am beyond stressed, and exhausted, and I need a break.

I did soemthing really really bad. I binged.

Breakfast:

Snack:

Lunch:
Lean Cuisine Piza @ 360
Twizzlers @ 200

Snack:
3 musketeers @ 100

Total: 980

That's still not enough calories and I still feel down.

PROGRESS. I can't remember the last time I had that many calories in preworkout!!!
